Arthur was born on August 27, 1932 and stepped into eternity on Monday, June 2, 2025.
At age 17, he joined the Marines. He was wounded at the battle at the Chosin Reservoir.
He married his teenage crush, Lorraine, and they had four children; Sherry, Pam, Jim and Jerry. They made their home in Sheridan, Colorado and Arthur became a driver for the Martin Marietta Aerospace Corporation. (I was a classmate of his four children at Sheridan High School.)
He was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Lorraine, who passed away on March 13, 2024.
He is survived by his four children, Sherry, Pam, Jim and Jerry.
Celebration of life services were held at Fort Logan National Cemetery (Denver, Colorado) and Newcomer Funeral Home (Lakewood, Colorado) on June 23, 2025.
I was honored and privileged to officiate both services.
